We offer free shipping on all orders above the threshold stated on our website.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 are usually processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the next business day
  • All orders are shipped using reliable delivery partners

Delivery Time

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • During busy periods (e.g. promotions or holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.


Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it will be returned to us.

An administration fee may be charged for uncollected packages.


Transport Damage and Delivery Issues
If your package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately:

Our Responsibility
Movala is responsible for your order until it has been delivered. In the case of transport damage, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
