Terms and Conditions – Movala

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via movala.cloud, operated by Movala. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

3. Orders and Agreement
When you place an order, a purchase agreement is entered into between you and Movala. To complete a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact information. An order confirmation will be sent to your email. The purchase agreement becomes binding once the shipping confirmation has been sent.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where applicable. We offer secure payment methods, including card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and Klarna. Movala never stores card details.

5. Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over the stated threshold on our website. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. In case of delays, we will contact you via email.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please refer to our full return policy for details.

7. Complaints
If a product is defective or does not match its description, you have the right to make a complaint within three (3) years. Contact us at support@movala.co.uk with a description and images. If the complaint is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

8. Uncollected Packages
Uncollected packages will be returned to us, and an administration fee may be charged. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

9. Product Information
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your screen and settings.

10. Force Majeure
Movala is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in transportation systems.

11. Limitation of Liability
Movala is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Only information necessary for order processing and delivery is collected. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

13. Changes to Terms
Movala reserves the right to update these terms. The terms applicable to your purchase are those published at the time of your order.

14. Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, we will follow decisions from relevant dispute resolution bodies. EU customers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
