Return Policy – Movala
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns in accordance with the terms below.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- The return must be initiated within 30 days

Once your return is approved, we will provide clear instructions and the return address.
Important Information
- Returns are sent to an address within Scandinavia or the EU
- Returns must never be sent directly to the manufacturer
- Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address cannot be processed
Return Shipping
- For non-defective products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Movala covers the return shipping
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately by email and include photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified via email.
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect
Uncollected Packages
Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days. During promotions or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly extended.
